CHAN WU is a powerful method for well-being, featuring exercises in breathing, tai-chi, qi-gong, kung-fu, meditation and self-massages. It is an innovative synthesis of ancestral disciplines brought together by LingXia Zhou, an authentic 6th Dan Grand Master in Chinese martial arts.

CHAN WU is fully compatible with a modern lifestyle and accessible to all, regardless of one’s level of physical fitness. CHAN WU can be practiced anywhere and in all kinds of situations, through the use of simple yet effective movements: at home, outdoors, at work or even on the road. These movements will help to pace your day, from dawn to dusk. They can be practiced individually or integrated into a routine of your liking.

18 videos: in CHAN WU, you will be taken on a step-by-step solid pedagogical journey through 18 sets of routines, demonstrated and explained by LingXia Zhou.

10 original melodies: for deeper relaxation and to accompany your sessions.
This music was inspired by the philosophy of the five elements, a mirror for the body’s equilibrium.

CHAN WU will help you find the motivation and enjoyment in caring for yourself.
It will allow you to cultivate your body awareness and will also provide an introduction to the Chinese philosophy of the Art of Living.
